Cancellation Policy
- Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
- When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Billing
- Monthly auto renew subscriptions will auto bill your credit/debit card on file each month, on the same number day of the month that you made your first purchase on. For example, if you ordered on June 12th, your next auto subscription order will be charged on July 12. Bi-weekly (Every 2 week) orders will be billed every 14 days from the day the 1st order was placed.
DISCOUNTS
- When purchasing a subscribe and save subscription, a discount will be automatically applied. No additional discounts can be added to a subscribe and save subscription order after the subscribe and save order has been purchased.
CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
- To cancel, pause or skip a subscribe and save subscription, you must log into your online a count. If you do not have an online account, you will need to create one with the same email you used for your subscribe and save order. Create online account here
- After logging into your account, click "Manage Subscriptions" to edit/change/cancel your subscription.
