Shipping Practices
- Free Shipping over $29
- The total cart must be at least $29 to select and receive free shipping at checkout.
- All orders are shipped same day or next business day.
- Next Day Shipping: all orders are shipped out of the GBS shipping facility on the following business day that you placed your order.
- All orders are shipped discreetly.
- 1-3 Day Delivery is an estimated shipping time based on 1-3 business days.
Orders Marked Delivered
ORDERS THAT ARE MARKED DELIVERED ON TRACKING LINK AND/OR TRACKING NUMBER CANNOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOUR ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED VIA TRACKING, NO REFUNDS AND/OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
GBS DOES NOT RESHIP ORDERS OR REFUND ORDERS THAT ARE STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY.
GBS IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT. IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Shipping Refunds
Refunds are not issued for the following:
- Orders marked "Delivered" via tracking link
- Orders that are stolen after delivery
- Customer entering incorrect address at checkout
- Shipping delays, delayed transit
ORDERS ARE FULFILLED WITHIN 24-48 HOURS
ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS or UPS
LARGE ORDERS MAY BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE BOXES
Note: GBS cannot be held liable for packages once they are marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier. If your package has been marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier (USPS) for assistance all orders are insured.

Priority Shipping Option
- CUSTOMERS SELECTING “Priority” at checkout will receive USPS Priority shipping. Priority shipping is usually 1-3 business days, plus 1 business day processing time. Most Priority shipping arrives in 1-2 business days from the time the order was shipped, but this is not guaranteed. If Priority Shipping is delayed, no refunds or store credit will be issued after GBS paid for priority shipping to ship out that customers order.
Business Days
- Business days are Monday through Friday.
- Saturdays & Sundays are not business days.
- Holidays/National Holidays are not considered business days.
Orders Over $500
Any order over $500 will require a signature at delivery via USPS Priority Shipping.
The Customer understands and accepts that should they initiate a claim with the Shipping Carrier for any order still in transit, GBS has no further responsibility or ability to directly assist in resolving the issue. The claim handling and resolution is then the full responsibility of the Customer and the Shipping Carrier.
